Today’s guest is the one and only Jackie Hall, Jackie is a qualified counsellor, specialising in parenting and couples counselling, and a five-time international selling author, Registered Circle of Security Facilitator, Mum and founder of The Parental Stress Centre. Parental Stress Centre’s main objective is to upskill parents to help understand their child's behaviour and alleviate challenges in their own environment. The results speak for themselves and has proven to have a huge impact on the participant and the whole family's quality of life.
